At Willow Creek Wagyu we have a passion for breeding superior cattle , we were involved in the breeding of Stud Bonsmara cattle for many years and decided to focus our efforts to help establish the Wagyu Breed in the RSA.
Willow Creek Wagyu runs a Purebred and Fulblood breeding programme near Heilbron in the Freestate – we use Simmental Cows to carry our Fullblood embryos from the USA and Australia and a Fullbood Bull on our Angus and F1 Crossbred Wagyu X Angus females - We aim to produce superior genetics and quality Wagyu meat.

Health experts have discovered that the profile of marbled Wagyu beef is more beneficial and healthier , which is regarded as having minimal impact in raising cholesterol levels.
